Booking

Booking the clubhouse function room can be done by first checking for availability in our calendar.

The calendar is not a definitive list of free and booked days.  It is given as a guide only.  While every effort will be made to keep the calendar up to date, there will be a delay between a booking being placed and it’s appearance on the calendar.

Please note:

• The clubhouse is used on match day by the football club, bookings will still be taken on these days, but some restrictions may apply.
• We are only able to accept 18th birthday parties bookings for families.
• Inappropriate behaviour by guests will not be tolerated. All party bookings will require a £50 deposit to cover for any damages. Porthmadog Football Club will not tolerate bad behaviour on the premises and if necessary will ban offenders.
• As with all enclosed public spaces, smoking is strictly prohibited within the building but a smoking area is available outside.
• Our premises licence allows the sale of alcohol until 11.45pm and all events MUST end at no later that midnight.
