This evening was very pleasant evening, with Brenda’s mix of singing styles. “She is brilliant and has a great voice“ is one quote from the audience.  Y Traeth Clubhouse will be looking to have Brenda back again sometime in the future.  Keep an eye on our events page.

Yukatan held an afternoon gig at Y Traeth on 1st June 2008.  The afternoon was quite well attended and very much enjoyed by the audience.

60s, 70s & 80s Disco success 20-04-2008 The 60s, 70s & 80s disco was a swinging success. The evening was held on the day that Porthmadog FC won their first home game and in doing so ended the season above the relegation zone to the Cymru Alliance.  The celebrations were lively with much cheering and chanting.  Some Rhyl supporters stayed on for the evening and joined in the celebrations. Some of the Porthmadog players entertained us with their special rendition of  “I will survive”. See below. Gentlemans Strip Night 11.04.2008 Porthmadog FC are presenting a Gentlemens Strip Night at Y Traeth on 17th May. Tickets are limited to 100 only so be quick to order. They are £10 and available from Gerallt Owen on 079 200 25338. Tickets must be paid for when they are ordered and picked up 60s, 70s & 80s Disco Party 13.03.2008 Porthmadog FC are presenting a 60s, 70s and 80s disco party on 19th April. This is the evening of our last game of the season against Rhyl.  A buffet is included about 8 to 9 pm. Come and enjoy a pleasant evening of nostalgia. Wil Tan tickets 13.03.2008 All  tickets for the Wil Tan evening have been sold. THANK YOU 02.03.2008 The supporters and volunteers who run Y Traeth Clubhouse would like to extend our grateful thanks to Chairman Phil Jones for his very generous donation of the two new spotlights which were used for the first time, and to great effect, at the recent John ac Alun evening. As any regular visitor to Y Traeth will know, this is just one of the many ways in which Phil helps the club, including the many hours work each week that is needed to maintain what is arguably one of the best pitches in the Welsh Premiership. ANOTHER THANK YOU (From the Webmaster) I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the rest of our volunteers who give up their time week after week throughout the year to ensure that things run smoothly at Y Traeth and make Porthmadog F.C. the pleasant and friendly place that it is. Whilst some of this work is highly visible and therefore obvious to anyone who comes to a match or other event, it is easy to overlook all the other vital work that goes behind the scenes, so a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributes in so many different ways. Tickets Selling Fast   23.01.2008 Porthmadog FC are pleased to announce that tickets for this Saturday's evening with Hogiau'r Bonc are almost a sell-out with only a hand full of tickets still available. On Tuesday 10 tickets remained unsold at Siop Eifionydd with a further 6 left at Kaleidoscope. After these are sold no further tickets will be available. Tickets for the John and Alun concert on Saturday February 16th are also going well with over half already sold with three weeks still to go. Tickets for the March 1st concert with Meic Stevens go on sale on Monday January 28th and will be priced at £5 Mae Clwb Peldroed Porthmadog an falch i allu cadarnhau fod tocynnau ar gyfer noson yng nghwmni Hogiau'r Bonc nos Sadwrn Chwefror 23 bron wedi gwerthu i gyd.
